Shipping & Returns
All BRUCE pieces are handmade to order and have a general lead time of 4-6 weeks. If you need an item sooner, email laura@brucenyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate. We ship flat rate UPS within the United States and DHL international, with signature required on all items valued over $500. If you are unable to sign for your package and it is returned to us, we will require an additional shipping fee to re-ship it to you. All taxes, important fees and duties are the resposibilty of the customer.
Because our pieces are handmade upon ordering, we are only able to accept returns in exchange for shop credit. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
Repairs & Resizes
BRUCE pieces are made to last. General repairs are free of charge for life! This does not include damage that occurs by events outside of our control. These repairs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
While some of our pieces cannot be resized, many can and we’re happy to provide resizes for a $50 fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. A return shipping quote will be provided and added to the resize fee depending on location.
